Quest — CRM Program

Quest’s CRM program for consumer-initiated testing needed to be built from the ground up. We developed the strategic, technical, and creative infrastructure needed to efficiently tell relevant, impactful stories at scale — resulting in 50+ personalized, data-driven campaigns, 15K+ new customers, and a 15% repeat purchase rate.
