Opill

In the summer of 2023, Opill was officially approved as the first over-the-counter birth control pill in the US. However, it wouldn’t be ready to sell until April 2024 — which meant we needed to keep consumers engaged for 9 months until it hit shelves. 

After building a design system from scratch and conducting extensive UX and SEO research, we rolled out a pre-launch version of the website that focused on education, answering key questions, and encouraging consumers to sign up to our email list. A series of CRM journeys helped consumers learn more about Opill and build excitement for its official launch.

Once Opill became available to purchase, we updated the site with information specific to healthcare providers and a comprehensive online shopping flow.
